With all demographic, technological and social developments, the behavior and needs of visitors are changing constantly. This also changes the expectations of governments, entrepreneurs and other stakeholders. This ensures that your destination and organization must adapt to this. A clear vision – based on the identity of your destination – is an important tool to formulate a joint ambition. With our broad experience, fresh perspective and knowledge of destinations worldwide, we help your destination with a dot on the horizon.

A vision is one, but how are you going to implement it? We can support in concretising visions into concrete implementation strategies and action plans. We ensure that the frameworks, roles and required stakeholders are clear and can possibly also help in boosting the realization. We can also support with the issue of how to organize destination marketing or management. We explore the tasks, the support from stakeholders and come up with options for organizational forms and the preconditions for governance.

Amsterdam Metropolitan Area

In the Amsterdam Metropolitan Area (MRA) there are 25 tourist information locations (visitor centers). During an exploration we mapped out the existing situation, described the changing visitor and what this means for physical hospitality in the future.

Based on a vision we developed on the DMO, VVV Noordwijkerhout and Marketing Noordwijk have decided to merge. We developed a merger plan and supervised the merger process.
