For the tourist entrepreneurs on the island of Goeree-Overflakkee, we wrote a specificization of the municipal recreation vision and a lobby document that is used towards governments.

We have developed a vision on island marketing for Schouwen-Duiveland. We conducted interviews with stakeholders and made recommendations for implementation and the associated organizational structure.

De VVV Goeree-Overflakkee had behoefte aan een nieuwe visie voor de organisatie die inspeelt op de veranderende omgeving (gast, stakeholders, gemeente etc.). Resultaat is een ambitieuze meerjarenvisie voor de VVV waarmee diverse ontwikkelingen in gang zijn gezet.
